• Summary:  I can access the share by I.P address but not by Host Name. 
• Symptoms:  A pop up will appear stating "\\Server_name\client "The Account is not authorized to log in from this station"
• Cause:  SMB Signing is conflicting with the workstation and domain controller

• Steps to resolve issue:

      SMB Signing-  Use Microrosoft Article 839499 to resolve.
