Indigo Mountain, the UK based Quest Partner specialising in KACE related products, is pleased to announce that it has reached a magic Ten year milestone in training, consulting and generally supporting the global KACE community. Over those 10 years, through the tenure of both Dell and Quest, we have been actively involved with first with the Jumpstart program, more latterly the Quickstart delivery program and Professional Services Consultancy globally, both onsite and remotely, doing our best to help Quest understand the needs of their customers and working alongside Quest employees at all levels. We have been active at KACE featured events, attended UserKons in San Francisco, London, Austin and Paris, sharing our experience with the KACE customer base and helping with KACE challenges since the very outset of this ITNinja Forum.
Over the years we have met, delivered to and made friends of thousands of KACE customers from hundreds of different organisations. We love working within the KACE community and hope to be able to continue doing so for years to come.
During that time we have seen appliances come and go and watched a few be renamed! We have setup Patch systems, lead the way in configuring Change Management queues and Servicedesk ticketing system, we have pushed the boundaries of Asset Management, putting effective processes in the palm of your tech's hands with our BarKode tool, rolled out Office then Office 365, been the driving force behind Windows 10 projects and generally helped customer to define and reach best practice targets using their systems.
Today we continue to be part of the UK Professional Service offering that Quest has for its customers and independently of that we also have hundreds of customer using our KACE related products or our KACE expertise, so if you have any questions or challenges that you think we may be able to help with please get in touch.
