Hi there.

My name is Chris Blake, and I am the Product Manager for the KACE Appliances family of products (SDA, SMA, AMA, HDA, KaaS). Many of you may know my name already- I've been around KACE for a little while... I've been a customer, professional services engineer, and now product management- and I can tell you a secret I've learned over the past 20+ years in systems management: Nothing stays the same. Ever.
