The KACE SMA Benchmark survey is a questionnaire designed to ask you about all of your SMA usage, from the answers that you then give, we compare your score in all the individual areas of the SMA with hundreds of other KACE customers that have responded to the survey over the last few years.
In the past KACE came with a Jumpstart Training element included, so with our decade of KACE experience, we knew where a KACE customer's knowledge would be once they have received and completed their training.
That level of knowledge was used at the start of the Benchmark to score where the average KACED customer should be. Over the years, every time we complete a survey, we adjust the Benchmark to include every customer response.
For every customer that completes a survey, we complete a report, scoring that customer responses against the greater calculated KACE Benchmark score.
Not only that, but for every customer that completes the Benchmark survey, we provide a one Hour KACE consultancy call to enable you to investigate how you could get more out of your KACE SMA or to answer any questions that you may have.
