The KACE SMA Benchmark is back for 2022!!
Pre-pandemic we ran Benchmark surveys for the SMA and SDA, the purpose of the Benchmark survey was to give you, the KACE customer, the opportunity to compare the functionality you are using with other KACE users, producing a scored report that gave you your individual score against the calculated benchmark. That benchmark has been formulated, taking the average scores from all previous customer responses.
What can you expect?
The survey is split into sections to reflect the structure of the SMA, Inventory, Asset, Software Distribution etc and each section can be skipped if you do not use the functionality i.e. the servicedesk
Each section is made up of quick questions that take only a few minutes to answer
Once you have completed the survey we score your results and produce a one page Benchmark report which is then emailed directly to you.
We then offer you the opportunity to schedule a free KACE consultancy call to help you address any issues, answer any questions or anything else KACE related that you want to cover off.
That report will also contain a few recommendations for you to consider to be able to drive even more value through your KACE SMA
