WIN 10 Pro on K1000


First time poster long time lurker, I am having an issue where we cannot see WIN 10 Pro showing up in the devices panel, all other versions of Windows show up but not 10 pro, we have a few systems running this at the moment and it would be tedious to say to them that we need to change from Pro to Enterprise, some are also BOYD so obviously putting enterprise on these would not be optimal.

  • The symptoms seem to be related to a known issue that occurs when trying to run a script when there are multiple Windows 10 versions in the network environment and that is scheduled to be resolved in a future release of the K1000. If this is correct, the workaround would be to uncheck the "Select Specific Operating Systems" box and then select "Microsoft Windows" and run the script. This should cover all Windows versions including all Windows 10 versions. - Ericenri 4 years ago
