Where can I configure the new downloaded patch notification email?

Under Security > Subscription settings, I can configure what patches we download, but I'm unable to find the option to configure the notification email that tells me what patches were downloaded. A different technician configured that years ago for us and I thought I had seen it, but can't find it.

I do get the email every day that tells me what patches we downloaded if any. But I can't find where to cofigure it. I need to add someone else to that email.

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

  • Check under settings/Control panel/general and then Administrator Email. That should be it. - Jbr32 10 years ago
    • ugh... Thank you. I was banging my head on the wall. I thought there was a place to add other individuals to that email's "To" line the same way email alerts work. I thought it actually was an email alert at first. We have it sent to a DL and the new people I want to include cannot be in that DL.
Well, I can look at work arounds like creating a different DL maybe now. Thanks for getting me un-stuck on that. - murbot 10 years ago

Check under settings/Control panel/general and then Administrator Email.

Bonus tip - create a service desk queue where the email address is root@yourKbox.com and www@yourKbox.com to system emails that you are not seeing.
