Specifically, what table holds the user preferences for custom views on the Service Desk.  Currently we only have 4 criteria for selecting the view and I was hoping we could put in for customization to increase the filter to about 8 or other criteria.  Know what to ask for would help

FYI, I did find the table after all.  I was able to use REGEX to get the additional parameters I wanted.
