Where are the best resources for getting training on KACE products?
OUr Univeristy is purchasing KACE campus wide for device management and I will be an admin for our departments use of KACE in the College. Henece the need for as much training as I can get my hands on.

There is the weekly webinars they hold you can register for free

There is the kace kontinuing education videos from the past webinars to view for free.
There is the Jumpstart Training as mentioned that is at a billable rate. You can either look at the standard bundle (4 houres each kbox, K1 and K2) or the enterprise bundled (12 hours each kbox, K1 and K2). The standard doesn't cover things like asset management, scripting and helpdesk. those are in the enterprise bundle.
Hands down the Boot Kamp offered on/around the KACE user konference. If you cannot wait that long, I'd recommend going to one of the backyard bootkamps as they come near your region. Compared to the stiff rate they charge for 2 hours of custom training, you really get the most bang for your buck off of the boot kamp. I hope this helps!
