When KACE ticket is created from received email, if included hyper-link has a space within it, then the full link is not preserved. 

For example

https://www.mysite.com/my list/blahblah.aspx


https://www.mysite.com/my list/blahblah.aspx

So as the link is incomplete it is not possible to open the site from ticket. 

Tickets like this will be received regularly. 

Is there anyway to format the email to enable links like this to be preserved completely in the ticket?
