What is the supported browser for K1000 ?

When in the inventory module, the view by drop down moves the whole web part sideways. If my drill down is more then 2 levels I cannot view the group. Anyone else have this issue ? Let me know, very frustrating.

IE has never really been friendly to KBOX. You can try to run the KBOX URL in compatibility mode but but most IT staff we have come across either use Chrome or Firefox. 

All are browsers "technically" supported. 

Device Actions are only supported in IE because of Active X needs.

Whatever it is, it sure as heck isn't IE 11.

  • How you have HTML5 configured appears to cause some oddities, but IE 11 is supported.
    • I agree, it's 100% html issues - but some things stem beyond oddities (I could never get .csv imports to work in IE due to HTML)

Do you have really long names/ labels? If so, try making them shorter and you will be able to see entire listing. Even one long name can throw the entire menu out.
