Updating office 2007 standard to office 2007 pro without MS Access

How would I go about creating a package for 2007 Pro without MS Access. Also; I know that I wont be able to have both standard AND pro installed at the same time so what would then happen to all of my users mailboxes? Would I have to re-configure them all??

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Answer Summary:
Run the Office setup.exe with /admin to create a custom install. See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179097(v=office.12).aspx

Office is very easy to customize using Microsoft's customization wizard.  Just run the Office setup.exe with /admin and you'll be able to create a customization template.

Could use the customization wizard <office setup> /admin from within the directory. It will allow you to customize what pieces of office you would like to install. 2007 outlook will auto configure the mail box for the current loged in user the first time it runs.

Zip up the content and create a managed install. The standard install will need to be uninstalled.

To deploy the custom package "setup.exe" /adminfile "name of file.msp"
