Trouble with Smart Labels for Patch Management

I have the KACE SMA (v9.1.317) deployed for endpoint management. All my endpoints are organized using Smart Labels, each of which has an associated Patching Schedule. However, the number of devices targeted (shown on that particular Patch Schedule's info page) doesn't match the totals on the Patch Schedule homepage.

Specifically, for one particular schedule, the Schedule's info page shows 59 devices being targeted using smart label in the "Device Label" section.

However, looking at the Patch Schedule homepage shows only 1 succeeded, 1 failed (for a total of 2 systems) and a 100% completion rate.

Any ideas on why this disparity exists and how to resolve it?

Figured it out: the patch schedules needed to be set to "Timezone=Server" rather than Agent.

Hi David,

what operating systems did you choose in your patch schedule? Maybe you had choose only specific operating systems instead of "All" systems?
