For some reason the selection list of owners for work requests is now truncated.  We are unsure what we could have changed to make this happen.  We did change the name of the queue and hid the owner from view by the users.  What else could we have changed to make the list be truncated - stops at the letter "H" of the first name of our support staff.  HELP!!!  We are in the middle of user testing!

I believe you are seeing a truncated list (this happens in many portions of the K1).  To the right you should see a filter box.  Start typing the name of the person you want (or just first letter) and that will filter the dropdown box to show better results.

  • Thanks. I found this after I put in my request for help. But before we did the update to the K1100 the full list of owners showed up when you click on the field. We didn't have to use the filter.
    • Did you used to have less than 20 people at that time? And then perhaps you did an additional LDAP import of users afterwards?
  • No, the list of our support staff has been there from the beginning. I think the timing is lining up with the recent update to the system. I may just put in ticket with KACE Support

The list only shows the first 20. User the filter box to the right and type in the name you are looking for. It will find it that way.
