Guys , what problems can occur if the SID isnt refreshed on a pc image ?

Just used my old friend 'Google' - you may have heard of it.... I put in 'duplicate sid' and it actually searchs the whole Internet for sites that contain those words. Have a look the help if you're unsure.

Incorrect SIDs can cause all sorts of problems, usually around authentication of workstations with domains.
Sysprep should strip that out and you shouldn't ever get it.
I remember getting a couple of issues around machines not rebuilding correctly with RIS (on Windows 2000), but that was more around AD security.
