Setting up SLA Violation

I want to setup sla vilolation for Kace 7.2
I know in previous versions there was an issue where the SLA did not calculate correctly.
Does anyone know if that is fixed and how do I go about setting that up?

There was a defect in 6.3 related to SLA emails not being sent properly, but that was resolved in 6.4. You shouldn't have any issues setting this up on 7.2, but if you do feel free to contact KACE Support. Thanks!
