Restrict Available Views

Is there a way to restrict the available views when looking at queues. I need a way to make it so that only the Administrators can view all of the tickets and the others can only view what is assigned to them. Is this possible. This is on the K1000 version 6.3

No setting I am aware of will do that. Owners can see all tickets when given admin rights or access to the queue. The default view is "Mine and Unassigned" but they can switch to see other tickets.
