Regarding Upgrading to Windows 10 using Kace k2000
Hi,
I was trying to upgrade Windows 7sp1 Enterprise/Windows 8 Enterprise/Windows 8.1 Enterprise to Windows 10 Enterprise by following the document " "update_windows_10.pdf".
I am stuck at here:
My questions are:
1)Why "Keep Personal files and apps" and "Keep personal files only" are greyed out ?
2)Why this prompt "Choose what to keep " is not automated using K2000 tasks?

I have ran into the message options being greyed out do to a mismatch of OS versions. Please verify your current installed version with the iso of your windows 10 upgrade. - jboling 8 years ago
