Process Creates Multiple Emails to Submitter
I have a 15 step Request/Process with 2 Stages and I have a custom ticket rule to Send an Email to the "Submitter" when a ticket is saved.
This particular rule creates an issue where the submitter gets 15 emails for every process they submit.
Is there a way to send just one email with the multiple Stage 1 child activities on the same email and then multiple Stage 2 child activities on the same email so that it looks like the below?

Dear "USER", multiple tickets were created in response
to your "Parent Ticket Title".
You may see more details and track progress on your new tickets below:

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
