Good morning,


Last Friday I have decided to restore the appliance K1000 to original configuration but after the reboot and insert the license key the system display me an error, “L'appliance KACE ha riscontrato un errore non gestito”.


I attach to email the screenshot of the error if someone can help me

I suggest rebooting the box again. If the error persists, you will need to contact support.

  • I have already reboot different times but i think there is a bug of the firmware
