Prerequisites and Best Practices for Taking System Image Backup and System Image Deployment using Kace k2000

Can anyone share the prerequisites and best Practices for Taking System Image Backup and System Image Deployment using Kace k2000?
Do i need to take image backup of all the volumes Plus system reserved ? or C:Drive is enough?

I think that depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Generally best practice includes running sysprep on the system before uploading the image. We normally just capture the C: drive and when deploying we wipe whatever is on the drive because we aren't concerned with preserving any recovery volumes.

Based on your other post about storing 500 - 1000 images I don't think that you are using the appliance to create images for mass deployment, however. Are you planning to use the K2000 as a backup solution?
