Good Day Everyone,

 I am having issue where the K1000 appliance is reporting servers that are successfully patched by the K1000, but yet the servers are NOT showing the patches in the control panel.

Has anyone experienced this behavior? False positives are clearly not acceptable for a product that claims to patch servers and their respective applications. We are using version 5.5.90548

Although the entries are not in control panel, have you checked to see whether the updates are actually installed by trying a manual (re)install of one or more of them? .  If these updates set the "ARPSystemComponent" flag during installation then they would not be recorded in control panel as they are deemed non-removeable.  However, they will be recorded in the registry and almost certainly in the event logs.
The posted image is too small and too low in resolution for me to read, but I would assume that the flag to show windows updates is checked on whatever operating system version you are working with.
