Patch deployment, Stuck on downloading phase.

I am currently trying to patch Adobe Reader 11.0.18 on two machines. As of right now, the adobe reader shows that it is downloaded in the patch catalog. The patch also detected the two machines that are missing the patch. During the patch schedule, the patch status of both machines get stuck on downloading. Does anyone have any tips that could help get this patch deployment working?

I have already opened a ticket to have a Kace engineer check into the issue. As of right now, the engineer is check on some logs from our device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • FWIW, I also experienced many failed installs with 11.0.18 but the latest version (11.0.19) is deploying much better in my environment. - JasonEgg 7 years ago
