Owner Change notification email delay

We're having an issue where when assigning a ticket to an Owner, the new owner of the ticket receives the notification email after roughly 3-4 hours. We can't seem to find out what could be causing this issue. Has anyone ever had this issue? The rest of the emails are coming in on time.

Second Degree Blue Belt

found the issue, it was Kace timing server under Date and Time settings. We updated to our NTP server and this resolved the issue.
