OVAL database not updating


I am trying to update the OVAL Catalog so that I can run scans with the latest checks enabled.

When I click on "Check for Update" in the 'Settings-> Appliance Updates' screen, I see the following error in K1000 Log file


Do I need to whitelist any IP addresses on our firewall to enable the Oval Updates to succeed?

This old system is running KACE v6.4

  • We have a license that is set to never expire, so I think that implies that we have a current service contract. - davidoconnell 1 year ago
