Open tickets per owner

Good day, on the service desk list view for an individual queue, one can reassign tickets to another owner.  When performing this actions the number of open tickets is shown in brackets.  I want to use this functionality when I am busy with an individual ticket and want to set the owner?  I would like to see the number of open tickets as per the list view.  I'm looking forward to your responses.

This is an enhancement that would require you to contact Dell Professional Services, as far as I know.

I don't know if I understood you correctly. Would you sort your tickets at the service desk ticket overview?

Maybe you set the filter at service desk to show you wich ticket you want to see? And use 'sort by status' and you chose the status that you want to see? Or is this not what you want?
