KACE Product Support Question
Need to create a custom field that operates similar to the CC field. Any help?
I had a request for a new service desk queue for a project team, where they want to track their "resource List". The CC field would work great for this but they also want to be able to utilize the CC field as it was intended. They don't want any email messages or anything to be sent out, just to track the "resources". I had setup a multi-select field using a query of the user list but this doesn't function as desired.
I don't have much in the way of SQL skills but have been using KACE for years and am decent at reverse engineering existing SQL.
Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to accomplish this?
