Need help creating a Custom Service Desk report that shows all critical priority tickets within last seven days (open date, closed date, status, etc.). Thanks.

You should be able to walk through the report wizard to create this.

  1. Title and Topic:  The Category would be "Service Desk" and the Topic should be whatever your Ticket queue is.
  2. Fields to Display:  Select the fields you want to see in the report.
  3. Column Order: Adjust the field order for the report.
  4. Sorts and Breaks:  Select how you want the report to be sorted.
  5. Filters:  If I understand the question properly, the filters should be set to "Match all of the following", "Created is within last 7days", and "Priority = Critical" (or however you have critical tickets flagged).
