Mastercam x8 - CodeMeter Runtime
I'm having issues deploying the Codemeterruntime msi with Mastercam x8 through Group Policy. I can get all the other parts installed i.e. VC++ 2008, 2010, 2012 and Mastercam Catia, Wirepower, Art, Sample files and the main program. Is there any issue with not installing it?

- Does it install from the command line?
- Have you run the runtime MSI with verbose logging enabled? If not, do that. The log will tell you why it's failing. Look for 'Return value 3.' in the log. The half-dozen or so lines about that text will detail the action which is erroring.

Sorry for the delayed response. Got the problem sorted. I hadn't noticed that the CodeMeter Runtime had linked into Group Policy with German language. Being in the UK this must have been causing the issue because when I changed it to English it has installed fined. - alphabeta 8 years ago
