Mass Deployment Guide
Hi folks,
I have a reasonable number of machines to reimage and have previously found that the KBox 2000 will get bogged down after initiating x simultaneous deployments. Is there a way to get kbox2 to multicast an image, or is offloading the workload to a number of quasi-remote devices the recommended solution?
I'd be very interested in a best practice guide in the area of mass-deployment using this device if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I know multicast has been a hot topic in feature request to Kace, but I don't think that its out yet. Also, Kace now relies on using your dhcp settings to find the Kace during a PXE boot, so unless you have a seperate network, then this would be a problem. The Kace systems do have a onboard dhcp server, if you would want to image computers on a bench, or someother way out of production....
