Mails to Service Desk which contain @ cause errormails

We have the problem that if users open a ticket by e-mail and include an @ (for example, @Ralf: ), they receive an error message.

I know with a @ we can Change fields of a ticket, but how we can change that instead of @ the fields are only edited with @@@.

Alternatively, how we can disable the function?

I don't think this is possible. The only workaround I can think of is to edit the email automatically through your email system or spam filter.
