I like the new features in the service desk portion of 6.3 that shows that user info and machine info along with machine actions.  How do I configure a machine action to view the device details from K1000 inventory directly from the ticket?

  • You can't. Device Actions only show up in Inventory.
    • Device Actions appear in service desk tickets in 6.3. I cannot think of a way to add a machine action to view the device details. If you click the blue !, a window appears with the device summary. There is a link "View Details...", clicking the link takes you the the device page.
