Logging in issues

So I have come across this problem a few times. Where I try to login and it gives me an error message saying incorrect username or password. I know that I am using the correct username and password. Usually wait 10-15 min maybe longer and eventually I am allowed to log back in. Does anyone know how to avoid this or why this happens, also what I can do to fix this.

    Are you using LDAP or Local Authentication?

  • Hi, go to Settings > Control Panel > User Authentication Settings.

    Are you using LDAP or Local Authentication?

    Based on your screenshot it looks like LDAP, so the KACE appliance needs to contact your Active Directory in your Domain controller to verify permissions.

    Make sure your Domain Controller is available and see if that is happening to everyone or a set of users.
