List Associated Assets

I am reconfiguring our user termination queue and am trying to figure out how I can pull the assets associated with the specific user that is getting disabled.  I know the system does it already from the fact that it lists associated assets in the user account information and you can filter list of assets to associate with a ticket based upon the submitter of a ticket.  

Is there an easy way that anyone else might already know for me to configure a report or use a custom ticket rule to pull that for a specific user (specified by a dropdown in a ticket) and then attach it to the termination ticket to use as a reference/checklist for the assets that are returned?
