Limit Custom Ticket Fields to Certain Labels

Does anyone know if you can limit Custom Ticket Fields to certain user labels?

  • in 10.0 we added custom ticket templates and those absolutely can limited by user labels. - larcher 4 years ago
  • I'm aware of that which is great! However, I want to create custom ticket fields for these templates but I don't want them showing up on the normal tickets if they aren't a member of a user label. - abratton 4 years ago

Not the fields themselves, but you could make a ticket template with those fields, and like @larcher said, check the Limit template to selected users box, and select a label there.  The templates could be otherwise identical to the general user template, but only accessible by users in that label.
