LDAP Issues with Kace
Hello - we are setting up Kace for the first time and we are having issues connecting the appliance to LDAP. We verefy the credentials have the right access, the port is open and the IP is correct. However I keep getting the attached error message:
OK: Connection Successful.
OK: Setting Protocol Version 3 Successful.
OK: Setting LDAP REFERRALS Option 0 Successful.
Error: Search Bind using LDAP supplied credentials Failed.
Error: LDAP Test Failed. Closing connection.
Any ideas on how I can resolved this? Thank you in advance.
