I was wondering if there is a way to see how many people are using the knowledge base in K1100? I have entered a bunch of documents on "How To" do certain things and I was curious to know if anyone has been looking at the documents or not.

We just started working on configuring Service Desk piece for our organization. Having said that, we do look at knowledge base under Production Appliance Support for K1000.

Currently there isn't a way that I know of that allow you can see how many people are accessing the KB articles. Since they can't modify them you wouldn't be able to see if it has been changed by anyone as a benchmark of access.
