KACE Product Support

The KACE agent likes to leave details about itself in empty files with descriptive titles. I.E.If I go to the ProgramData/Dell/KACE folder on my managed win7 machine I see "AMP_CONNECTED", "AMP_SERVICE_STARTED" and "KONEA_STARTED", and all these let me know that the agent successfully finished that task. I have found them very helpful for troubleshooting. There is no harm in deleting these files: they are strictly informational.
