KBOX 1100 Provisioned Agent
Everytime my KBOX Agent checks in, I get a bunch of my computers that have failed and I get the following error
NETWORK/NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT
NETWORK/NT_STATUS_CONNECTIO…
I cannot seem to understand why it is doing that? One day majority of my computers check correctly and the next I get a only a handful of them to check in. I am not sure if anyone is having a issue with this and got it solved and if you did I would take any advise to get this running properly.

I did put in a ticket to KACE and see what they have to say about it. I also asked my Network guy to check to make sure that the Firewall is not blocking anything.

We do and I have our Network Guys chcking this out to make sure that this is not causing the grief.

I am having an issue with pc's initial agent install.
My networks are 192.x.0.xxx 192.xx.0.xxx so they vary.
they are different domains
I have a vpn going between locations.
however the agent installs fail at phase 3 mainly.
sometimes i get the IO timeout error.

Looks like a firewall issue or a network issue of some sort. I'd suggest submitting a ticket to KACE.

The errors you show are for provisioning runs. You only need to provision machines once; after that, they'll check in on their own.
Are you having trouble provisioning new machines? Or are you having trouble with machines which have agents installed checking in?

Have you tried installing the agent thru GPO?
