KBOX 1100 Provisioned Agent
Everytime my KBOX Agent checks in, I get a bunch of my computers that have failed and I get the following error
NETWORK/NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT
NETWORK/NT_STATUS_CONNECTIO…
I cannot seem to understand why it is doing that? One day majority of my computers check correctly and the next I get a only a handful of them to check in. I am not sure if anyone is having a issue with this and got it solved and if you did I would take any advise to get this running properly.

Looks like a firewall issue or a network issue of some sort. I'd suggest submitting a ticket to KACE.

Have you tried installing the agent thru GPO?
