Kbox 1000 recurring help desk ticket

Is it possible to create a recurring help desk ticket? e.g. a ticket that is created every day at 9:00 AM with the same parameters?

Yes, by creating a custom rule to perform an insert into the HD_TICKET table. This is somewhat frowned upon by DellKACE, and you may want to get with their professional services to do such customization.

The screenshots for that FAQ seem to be broken / not showing up, I tried Firefox and IE 8 on multiple computers. Any chance of fixing that or is it just me?

It appears you were correct. I have fixed that as well as updated the example for import.

There are no screenshots displaying here. Is there anyone that can help without using the kpkg?
