KACE will not provision agent

I am having issues trying to provision an agent to a few computers. I keep getting an error in step 2  AUTHENTICATION. When I manually install the agent it will not show up in the inventory list. yJUY2s1ftwAAAAASUVORK5CYII=

  • What version of the KACE Server and Agent?
    What is the target OS?
  • 7.0.121306 and OS is windows 10

Ok, so first suggestion is, get your SMA updated as soon as you can. If you need a hand getting it back from v7 then contact me.

KACE provisioning of the agent is a 5 stage process.

stage 1, is there a device at that IP? In your result, yes

stage 2, can KACE logon to that device? In your result no, your admin credentials do not work

stage 3, can KACE install the agent? You need file and print sharing and firewall settings set correctly

stage 4, does the KACE agent contact the SMA

stage 5, can the SMA connect via AMP
