KACE Product Support Question

Patching works really good overall with KACE, except I have one PC that consistently get status of error (Log Upload Failed) and never has completed successfully. After many searches to find an answer for a fix I have have not been able to fix this - any suggestions? Also I have PCs get just status of error they usually eventually patch but is there something I can do to prevent errors?
