Hoping someone can help,  I (the group) used to get notifications on tickets if the end user submitted a comment to the ticket, so we would know there is an update. Currently the end gets messages when we (the technician) update the ticket.  Is there a way or how do I get back to the way of seeing updates from the end user when they comment on their ticket. It would be nice to get an email letting us know they have responded to a question / comment or an update of their ticket. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you changed any configuration under Email events? When did this started ? Post upgrade to a new version?
