Kace agents not communicating with K1000

Hi All,

we had DNS issue, so i replaced host name of  50+ client machines to IP instead of host name.
I still find some machines are not updating the inventory even when its connected to K1000 and 
 other machines are not connected(showing offline ) to K1000 even though client machines are connected  to office 
network,

  • check the amp.conf file settings, all entries seem to fine..

    found this in Kagent.log

    but the client is connect to server but inventory is not updated for last 20 days - rahimpal 7 years ago

Check the amp.conf file on the machines that aren't connecting to verify that they have the correct hostname.
