Is it possible to allow a user in Kace to be able to fully administer a specific Service Desk queue? I only see where I can give them access to the console to write to areas like configuration and knowledge base but that gives them access to all administer all queues and I only want them to be able to change their own queue. 

Also, is it possible to allow users in a queue to be able to only see their own tickets and unassigned tickets and then have an administrator be able to see all tickets? I don't want all users to be able to see everyone else's tickets but I want them to be able to assign tickets to themselves if they aren't assigned to anyone yet.

Unfortunately the K1000 does not yet have the level of granularity with permissions that you reference.  Check the UserVoice forum for related enhancement requests.
