KACE 1000 version 6.3 getting error message when performing a search on Archived files

KACE 1000 version 6.3 getting the following error message when searching work requests located in the archives:

There was an error retrieving the data for this page.
Please refresh the page.  If error persissts, try resetting the default page layout.

We've also seen this error in the current list of work requests.

Does anyone know whats wrong?

same has happened to me .

However it was fixed next day ..

i tried different browser but issue was same.

So I suspect there was something wrong in KACE appliance and when server restarted next day after backup everything was normal. Also, i could not validate if above error was coming for all users on console
