K1000 will not allow search of ticket archive

We are currently runningĀ 6.0.101863 of the K1000 appliance. When I attempt to search the ticket archive using my own profile I get the following error:-

There was an error retrieving the data for this page. Please refresh the page. If the error persists, try resetting the default page layout.

I have attempted resetting the default layout but receive the same error message. The error only occurs with my profile. Other admins do not get the error. The problem persists if I try different browser, or if I try a custom search. Anyone else had this issue?

  • Thanks for the suggestion, we've an outage planned soon so I'll try downing the server.

Make sure you have the same settings for your user profile as the other admins. If that doesn't work I would open a ticket with Dell KACE since it's probably a bug/defect. I've seen that error as well sometimes but it always corrects itself after a refresh.

I hate to sound like "THAT" IT guy but sometimes a reboot works in odd cases like this. Worth a try if you can down it for 10 minutes.
