K1000 will not allow search of ticket archive

We are currently running 6.0.101863 of the K1000 appliance. When I attempt to search the ticket archive using my own profile I get the following error:-
There was an error retrieving the data for this page. Please refresh the page. If the error persists, try resetting the default page layout.
I have attempted resetting the default layout but receive the same error message. The error only occurs with my profile. Other admins do not get the error. The problem persists if I try different browser, or if I try a custom search. Anyone else had this issue?
