K1000 Users are getting You do not have access to this ticket - only targets some

Hello everyone,

Tried to search for this before asking, but didn't find anything helpful other than it was a bug pre 5.5 release.

Odd thing happens..

It happens with certain users, they try to view the status of their ticket and they are denied with: "you do not have access to this ticket" even if they created/was the submitter of the ticket.

Any help is appreciated.
