K1000 services desk categories

I'm in the process of setting up or Service Desk in Kace.

I was hoping to be able to filter out some fields for categories based on the label of the user.
For example allowing HR staff to submit new employee requests.

I want to avoid multiple queues...

Red Belt
The appliance doesn't support dynamic fields like that.
