K1000 Service Desk Printing Ticket Issue

Not sure what update this happened in but when I print a ticket from the service desk the Need Help section no appears on the printed page and overlaps some of the ticket fields. Is there a way to turn this off or is this some annoying bug that has appeared?

We just started seeing this as well.  I rarely print but our field tech manager prints all of their tickets for customer sign off and just brought this to my attention.
